I am a PhD student in Computer Science and Engineering at UC San Diego working with Prof. Julian McAuley and Prof. Taylor Berg-Kirkpatrick.

Previously, I did a research internship in the R&D Division at Yamaha Corporation. Before that, I was a research assistant in the Music and AI Lab directed by Dr. Yi-Hsuan Yang at Academia Sinica. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University.

My research interests lie at the intersection of machine learning and computer music, with a recent focus on music generation. To learn more about my works, please see my projects.
